Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

    The promoter is Independent Ink Group Pty Ltd trading as Cartridge World Australia & New Zealand (ABN 73 682 967 022), Suite 3, Level 1, M4, 13-15 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin, Victoria 3189 (“Cartridge World”).

  2. Promotional Period

    This promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

  3. Eligibility

    a. Participation is open to Australian residents who purchase $100 or more on eligible products in-store at participating Cartridge World stores or online at www.cartridgeworld.com.au during the Promotional Period.

    b. Employees of Cartridge World, its franchisees, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

    c. Freight, services, and any other items specifically marked as ineligible by Cartridge World are excluded.

  4. Promotional Item

    a. Each eligible customer may claim one (1) Norton AntiVirus 1 User, 1 Device, 1 Year Subscription (SKU 21433676) valued at the advertised promotional RRP of $69.99.

    b. The promotional item is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

    c. Limit of one (1) claim per customer, per transaction, regardless of total spend.

  5. How to Redeem

    a. After making an eligible purchase, customers must submit their redemption online at www.cartridgeworld.com.au/promotions during the Promotional Period.

    b. Proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation) must be provided as part of the redemption process.

    c. Redemption requests must be submitted no later than 30 November 2025. Claims received after this date will not be processed.

  6. Verification

    a. Cartridge World reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases and claims, including requesting proof of identity, age, and purchase details.

    b. Incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent claims will be deemed invalid.

  7. General Conditions

    a. The promotion is available while stocks last.

    b. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless expressly stated.

    c. Cartridge World is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incorrectly submitted redemption claims.

    d. Cartridge World is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the promotional item, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  8. Privacy

    Personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Cartridge World’s Privacy Policy, available at https://cartridgeworld.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/
