The ELEGOO Neptune 4 comes pre-installed with Klipper firmware, with an ARM 64-bit 1.5G main-frequency quad-core processor for faster command processing and execution, enabling it to print at an impressive speed of up to 500 mm/s for higher efficiency. The 8GB ROM provides ample storage space for fast printing.

Additionally, the printer supports advanced features such as input shaping, which reduces mechanical vibrations in the printer's motion system and artifacts such as ringing, rippling, ghosting, or echoing on the printed model surface. The pressure advance function adjusts material flow according to printing speed, ensuring consistent pressure in the nozzle and reducing filament ooze or blobbing.

Potent Extrusion & Upgraded Hotend

Dual-gear direct extruder with 5.2:1 reduction ratio for even filament extrusion (75% the weight of Neptune 3 Pro). Copper-titanium bi-metal throat with optimized air duct for faster heat dissipation and fewer clogs. Extended hotend withstands up to 300 °C to fully melt high-temperature filaments like nylon.
Tip: ABS/ASA are best used with a 3D printer enclosure.

Unparalleled Heat Dissipation Performance

Two thickened 4015 ball-bearing cooling fans on both sides of the print head plus four 4020 auxiliary fans behind it deliver omni-directional rapid cooling—even at fast speeds—for better overhangs and bridging.

Silent drivers on all axes keep noise below 50 dB. Wear-resistant POM V-guide wheels move quietly and accurately. Dual Z-lead screws with dual Z-motors improve synchronization, accuracy, and stability.
