Rod Young
Global Chief Executive Officer

Rod Young is recognized as one of the world’s leading franchise and channel strategy experts. He has over 30 years’ experience establishing and developing successful networks and brands in Australia, Europe, China, South East Asia, India and the United States.

As well as his role at Cartridge World, Rod is the founder and Executive Director of DC Strategy and DCS Lawyers. He also serves on the Board of several other national and international companies, Franchise Associations and is a popular industry speaker at business seminars and conferences in the United States, Australia and Asia Pacific.

 

 

Harry Stoubos
Global Chief Development Officer

Harry joined Cartridge World Australia in November 2009 to manage the commercial and marketing operations and work closely with the Regional Master Franchisees to build the Cartridge World brand and revenue streams prior to his appointments as General Manager - Asia Pacific in August 2012 and the Global Development Manager in January 2013. In Mid 2013, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cartridge World Asia to oversee the Hong Kong based Asian office working with the Asia team. Recently in Dec 2013, he was also appointed to the additional strategic position of Global Development Manager to continue Cartridge World’s brand and foot print expansion throughout the Globe and build on recent Master Franchise appointments in the Middle East ,Africa and China.

His role with Cartridge World is Multi facet in building Cartridge World’s brand and business model. He is responsible for building Cartridge World’s brand presence throughout the world as the Global leader in Printer Solutions and ranked # 90 in the world. Cartridge World is becoming one of the fastest growing franchise systems in the world with over 1,000 stores operating in over 55 countries.

Harry has a wealth of commercial and marketing experience with over 20 years’ in the FMCG Industry both in the Corporate, Retail and SME sectors across Australia and Asia.
