So, we have partnered with HERO packaging who specialise in mailers that are not only home compostable, but also made from such materials that if they ended up in landfill, they would still break down with no waste.

- Put your products inside, peel the top strip only and seal the bag.
- When the package is received, cut along the dotted line when opening.
- To re-use, pack your goods inside and use the second strip to seal.
- Once the mailer has been re-used, drop it in your home compost bin.

They look and feel like plastic, but they are not. Not even close.
These are 100% home-compostable shipping mailers and are made from 70-80% PBAT (a co-polymer that is completely compostable) and 20-30% PLA (which is a fancy way of saying cornstarch).
In a commercial compostable environment, these will break-down within 90 days. At home, it may take up to 120 days.
