Young, who has been a key advisor to some of Australasia’s leading groups, transforming smaller businesses into national and international chains and steering larger organizations in using franchising, will be supporting the brand’s development initiatives around the world. As a leading member of the international franchise community, throughout the US, Australia and Asia, Young will work closely with existing board members to escalate the company’s global standing.
